This EP was a step in a death metal direction, using a limited and very specific style of riffing, while simultaneously dropping the sound of the debut album. Originally it was conceived as a full-length album, however to unsatisfactory results, thus ending up only as an EP. Some of the unused material was reworked for the second full length album "Bi" shortly thereafter.
